		<description><![CDATA[Affascinante la storia di tortelli e  ravioli: oggi sono due sinonimi, ma non sempre è stato così. Nel medioevo infatti, con la la parola &#8220;tortello&#8221; si designava il contenitore di pasta: &#8220;tortello&#8221; da torta, dal verbo &#8220;torcere&#8221; , poiché torte erano le verdure ivi contenute, che  inizialmente,  ne costituivano  il ripieno.
